The main garden is the largest of the four display gardens at The Herb Garden.  It has a well established parterre, with a elevated view point, giving a breath taking view of the garden, as well as the beautiful countryside which surrounds it.

The Main Garden at The Herb Garden

Sixteen beds contain many different herbs which can be used for cooking, dyeing and home-made remedies.

The garden is flanked by steep sided herbaceous borders, which gives the garden an enclosed and intimate atmosphere.
